QA/QC Introduction

Based on our 'Quality First' policy, we inspect all products before they leave our factory. Our quality department has 8 people who are in charge of inspection and our work processes are as follows:
1) All disqualified parts be turned down and all disqualified finished goods not allowed to leave the warehouse
2) A tour of inspection is to be conducted at the beginning and end of production
3) An inspection of component parts is to be conducted and only parts of excellent quality accepted
4) Quality reports are to be maintained and archived for analysis of successes and problem areas
